The headline deal: FDL 8000 Summa LLC, FDL Health Investors, paid $9.66M ($333/SF) for Sage Rehabilitation Hospital on Summa Avenue just off Essen Lane. Healthcare led the week with four of the twelve sales, all bought by Shreveport-based FDL Health Investors, which also purchased Capitol House Nursing on Florida Boulevard for $6.92M and St. Joseph's Hospice near Jefferson Highway and Airline Highway for $5.64M.
