The headline deal: Omniferous Ventures LLC, a local investor, bought the Blockbuster Plaza shopping center at 10218 Sullivan Road near the Walmart at Sullivan and Wax Road. Developer Kevin Nguyen bought the former Capital One bank branch on Government Street to redevelop for retail use, and Sunbelt Lighting sold two showroom and warehouse buildings near Wooddale Boulevard and Tom Drive.
