The headline deal: Interline Offices LLC, a Lake Charles investor, paid $2.6M ($65/SF) for four office buildings in Interline Office Plaza off I-12 between Airline Highway and Drusilla Lane. Retail led the week with five of the ten sales, including a local investor's $2.5M purchase of Siegen Lane Center, a strip center at Siegen Lane and Cloverland Avenue, and Capitol City Wholesalers' $1.3M purchase of the former Winn Dixie at Greenwell Springs Road and Lobdell Boulevard.
