The December 7, 2020 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $19.8M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: EGP 9181 Baton Rouge LLC, Easterly Government Properties, paid $10.5M ($380/SF) for the 100% occupied, single-tenant Executive Centre on Interline Avenue, leased to the Health Resources & Services Administration until 2040. New Orleans-based Key Real Estate Company paid $7M for a roughly 3.99-acre tract in the Rouzan Development off Perkins Road, where it plans a $50 million mixed-use development, and Tower Capital Corporation bought about 20 acres on Innovation Park Drive for $1.19M.
