Large Cold Storage Facility Sold for 6 Million
The August 10, 2020 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $8.81M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Lineage Logistics SCS LLC, Michigan-based Lineage Logistics, paid $6M ($74/SF) for the industrial facility at 7150 South Choctaw Drive at Wooddale Boulevard from Southern Cold Storage. Lineage also paid $230K for acreage south of the facility on Lobwood Drive, and a local investor bought a five-acre tract in Zachary at Carpenter Road and McHugh Road for $1.09M.
