The headline deal: 9191 VENTURES LLC, a Baton Rouge-based entity, bought 23+ acres of vacant land at the intersection of Fortune Road and the Youngsville Highway. Land led the week with two of the three sales, while a multi-tenant retail strip center across West University Avenue from Saint John's Cemetery sold to CASTLE ROW LLC.
