The headline deal: BOULLE ENTERPRISES LLC bought the former Chevron training facility on Galbert Road near Scott. Retail led the week with three of the eight sales, including 408 Jefferson Street, bought by a local group of investors, while a subsidiary of Waste Pro of Louisiana purchased the Acadiana Landfill, more than 67 acres in Carencro.
