AMG office tower sells to Acadiana Management Group
The November 13, 2023 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: AMG TOWER LLC, for Acadiana Management Group, bought the AMG office tower, where the group is the primary tenant, near West Pinhook Road and La Rue France along the Vermilion River. Land led the week with three of the six sales, including 4.3+ acres on East Bluebird Drive bought by LOS LAND LLC, while Rim Pros of Lafayette bought the two buildings it occupies on Guilbeau Road.
