The February 19, 2024 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: DB CAMELLIA LAND LLC, a Baton Rouge-based entity, bought 19.049 acres at the end of East Bluebird Drive off Camellia Boulevard. Land led the week with three of the five sales, including 15.9+ acres next to Lafayette Renaissance Charter High School, bought by its owner/developer, Red Apple Development, while Toucan Gaming LLC bought an industrial flex property on Industrial Parkway.
