The headline deal: BONIN DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Lafayette-based entity, bought a 12+ acre parcel on Bonin Road in Youngsville. Land led the week with four of the nine sales, as the City of Scott bought 21+ acres adjacent to Scott Park and 16+ acres next to it, while Baton Rouge-based investors purchased 22+ acres near Duhon Road and Johnston Street.
