We will install a 3” roll pipe underground boring from location of transformer pad which was identified with stakes and an orange flag to the back side of the 2 job trailers. At the back of the trailers we will install a unistrut rack to mount the equipment on. We will install a 320 amp self contained meter base with the underground feed. From the meter base we will extend 3” pvc conduit to a 400 amp nema 3R disconnect. In the disconnect we will install 2 300 amp fuses. We will also extend wire from meter base to the disconnect. From the disconnect we will run pipe and wire to feed a 400 amp main lug panel. We will run 3“ conduit and wire. We will properly terminate all wiring. We will also install a new grounding system which will include a #2 copper conductor and 2 ground rods 6’ apart. From the electrical panel we will extend 4 2” conduits and wire to feed the 4 panels in the job trailers. We will install 4-125 amp breakers in the panel and we will terminate at both ends. Once all work is completed we will schedule an inspection. We will also be there when power is established so we can check for proper function and voltage. All work will be done according to the NEC standards and will be warrantied for 1 year the panel and breakers will be warrantied for 5 years. |
