The headline deal: 425 SETTLERS LLC paid $8.2M ($266.49/SF) for a two-story Class A medical office building on Settlers Trace Boulevard. Office led the week with two of the five sales, the other a six-building office complex on Bertrand Drive near Dulles Drive bought by BE TRO LLC for $3.15M, while the Little Blessings Day Care Center in Broussard sold for $1M.
