The headline deal: CRRE INVESTMENTS LLC paid $1.6M ($477.26/SF) for the retail property at the corner of South Bernard Road and West Fairfield, next to the Sabal neighborhood developments in Broussard. Retail accounted for two of the five sales, while the First Baptist Church of Lafayette added a downtown law firm office on West Convent Street for $800K and a parcel of more than four acres near Johnston Street and East Broussard sold for $740K.
