The July 14, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: LOUISIANA HP HOLDINGS LLC bought the former Posados property, remodeled into an event venue and a restaurant space, on Ambassador Caffery Parkway. Land and industrial each accounted for three of the eight sales, while the former Lafayette Health Club property on more than three acres on Kaliste Saloom Road sold and more than 12 acres at Northwest Evangeline Thruway and North University Avenue sold.
