Historic Cafe Vermilionville property sells
The November 4, 2024 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: C SIDE DESTIN PROPERTIES LLC, a pair of Houma-based investors, bought the Historic Cafe Vermilionville property on West Pinhook Road. Retail led the week with five of the nine sales, including the Circle K at Robley Drive and East Broussard Road and a car wash on Albertson Parkway in Broussard.
