Hotel investors purchase two hotels for 25.5mm

The headline deal: OM SHANTI OM TWELVE LLC, for hotel investment group Om Shanti Om LLC, paid $13.8M ($129,717/unit) for the Home2 Suites within the Parc Lafayette Center on Kaliste Saloom Road. Industrial led the week with three of the eight sales, including two Highway 90 East properties in Broussard bought by a South Carolina-based entity for $2.1M and $1.32M, while Om Shanti Om also paid $11.8M for the Homewood Suites on Kaliste Saloom Road.
