Lafayette Parish School Board purchases land
The February 24, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: OIL PATCH REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LLC bought a newly constructed industrial property in the Garber Industrial Park in Broussard. Land led the week with four of the eight sales, including more than 3.8 acres on North Domingue Avenue behind Lafayette High School bought by the Lafayette Parish School Board and more than 19 acres in Carencro.
