The headline deal: LOUISIANA COMMUNITY & TECHNICAL COLLEGE SYSTEM bought an office property along with a parcel of land on Dulles Drive. Industrial and retail each accounted for three of the eight sales, including an industrial property on Machine Loop in Scott and a multi-unit retail property on Leonie Street bought by H & H Development LLC.
