The July 22, 2024 issue covers three commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: SF VANGUARD VENTURES LLC, a local investor, bought 4.8+ acres of vacant commercial land fronting the Youngsville Highway. Land led the week with two of the three sales, the other a 1.7+ acre commercial parcel at Bertrand Drive and West Congress Street that sold, while a retail auto repair shop in Carencro sold.
