Local investors purchase renowned downtown building
The June 1, 2026 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: WALKING ANTIQUE LLC, a local pair of buyers, bought a renowned Downtown mixed-use property with an event space and restaurant on the ground floor, apartments above and an adjacent parking lot. Industrial made up four of the seven sales, including a property with loading docks on Wall Street bought by a Georgia-based investor and the City of Lafayette's purchase of an industrial property on East Simcoe Street.
