The June 2, 2025 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: METAIRIE YOUNGSVILLE LLC and EAT METAIRIE YOUNGSVILLE LLC bought the Metairie Centre retail property on Centre Sarcelle Boulevard in Youngsville. Industrial led the week with five of the eight sales, including a property next to the Coca-Cola Bottling Company on Banks Avenue bought by a Georgia-based company and a warehouse on Albertson Parkway in Broussard.
