The headline deal: DMCC HOLDINGS LLC bought a newly constructed eight-unit, 2BR/2BA townhome property on East Main Street in Broussard. Industrial accounted for two of the six sales, while Stronghold Group LLC bought an office property in the Beauregard Office Park off Kaliste Saloom Road and HTG Investments LLC purchased an industrial property on Wall Street.
