Northgate Mall sells to local investor
The June 16, 2025 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: HUB CITY PLAZA LLC, a local developer, bought the Northgate Mall on Northeast Evangeline Thruway. Office accounted for two of the five sales, including an office condominium at the corner of Coolidge Street and Audubon Boulevard, while Bouligny Properties & Land LLC bought an industrial property in Commercial Park West off the I-10 South Frontage Road in Scott.
