The June 19, 2023 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week, totaling $5.25M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: ASIAN GROCERY STORE CO paid $3M ($140.35/SF) for the Old Navy property on the Ambassador Caffery side of the Mall of Acadiana. Each of the four sales was a different property type, including a newly constructed industrial building in Broussard that sold for $1.31M and 8+ acres next to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office complex on West Willow Street bought by Lafayette Parish for $592K.
