The headline deal: SOUTH BERNARD HOLDINGS LLC bought a light industrial-manufacturing property on South Bernard Road in Broussard. Industrial, land and retail each accounted for two of the seven sales, including more than 0.8 acres of commercial land next to Rouses Market on Camellia Boulevard bought by OnPath Federal Credit Union and a parcel of more than 0.6 acres on the I-10 North Frontage Road in Scott bought by Waffle House.
