The headline deal: BE TRO LLC bought an office property with redevelopment potential on about 3.4 acres on Bertrand Drive. Office and land each accounted for two of the six sales, including a commercial parcel of more than 0.3 acres next to the UL campus that the Baton Rouge-based co-owner of Roul's Hamburgers bought with plans to open a new location.
