The headline deal: EXECUTIVE ROW LLC paid $340K ($4.62/Land SF) for more than 1.6 acres of land at the corner of Executive Row and Feu Follet Road. Land accounted for two of the three sales, including more than one acre of vacant land near West Pinhook Road and Verot School Road bought by Hale Real Estate LLC for $210K, while an artist and photography studio property in the Freeport area sold with the price withheld.
