Renowned Jefferson Street Pub building sells for $2.6mm

The headline deal: SEVEN OAKS GRAND COTEAU LLC, Arnaudville-based investors, paid $2.6M ($173.33/SF) for the downtown building on Jefferson Street housing the Jefferson Street Pub and five apartments, along with 0.356 acres of adjacent land used for parking. Land led the week with four of the seven sales, including 16.872 acres in the Cenac Commercial Park area in Carencro bought by SOUTHEASTERN FREIGHT LINES INC for $2.36M.
