The headline deal: JE SCOTT PROPERTIES LLC bought one side of an industrial building, split into condominium parcels, at the northbound I-10 exit onto Ambassador Caffery Parkway in Scott. Retail led the week with five of the ten sales, including a QSR drive-thru property on Hector Connoly Road in Carencro and the Lafayette Louisiana YMCA property on East Farrel Road, while the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse property sold to local investors with the price withheld.
