The headline deal: HUKINS HOLDINGS LLC bought the Good Shepherd RV retail property on the Northeast Evangeline Thruway along I-49. Retail led the week with two of the five sales, the other the Super 1 Foods-anchored shopping center at West Willow Street and the Northwest Evangeline Thruway, bought by a Friendswood, Texas-based entity, while the Trail's End Trailer Park in Maurice changed hands.
