The March 31, 2025 issue covers three commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: CASTLE ROW LLC bought Southpark Center, a mixed-use property on Southpark Road. The other two sales were a 12-unit multifamily property in Meadows West off the I-49 Frontage Road, bought by DBC Bayou Rentals, and an industrial property in Scott bought by Stout Legacy Holdings.
