The September 1, 2025 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: TEXAS MATERIALS GROUP INC bought an industrial land parcel of more than eight acres on Austria Road in Duson. Land led the week with three of the five sales, including more than 42 acres near Carencro, while The Arc of Acadiana, Inc bought a commercial property on Wall Street and the Bradford Apartment Complex on South Beadle Road sold with the price withheld.
