The June 26, 2023 issue covers six commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week, totaling $10.3M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: RBG NAVARRE HOLDINGS LLC, a Lake Charles-based entity led by an auto dealership owner, paid $7.4M ($257.84/SF) for The Shops at Martial retail center at the corner of East Martial Avenue and Kaliste Saloom Road. Retail led the week with two of the six sales, the other the Cajun Market Meats property in Youngsville, bought by a restaurant owner for $1.15M, while local investors paid $552K for an 8-plex in the Woodvale area.
