The headline deal: 1001 HWY 182 LLC bought an office/flex property and more than 13.5 acres of adjacent undeveloped land on Highway 182 in Broussard. Retail and land each accounted for three of the nine sales, while the Travis Technology Center, a multi-tenant office property in the Oil Center, sold to Travis Partners LLC and Ark Real Estate LLC acquired an industrial property on Northwest Evangeline Thruway.
