The headline deal: J & L CORNER OFFICES TWO LLC bought a pair of medical office condo units within the Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital on Kaliste Saloom Road. Industrial accounted for two of the five sales, including a commercial property used as a sports training facility off West Pinhook Road, while Triton Real Estate LLC acquired more than three acres of commercial land on Galbert Road.
