The headline deal: HIGH END AUTOMOTIVE LLC paid $1.88M ($70.45/SF) for its location, an industrial property on Youngsville Highway in Youngsville. Industrial and retail each accounted for two of the five sales, including the former Bisbano's Pizza location on Johnston Street, bought by the UL Board of Supervisors for $510K, and a two-building, multi-tenant retail property in Scott that is home to Cashway Pharmacy.
