Wright Group buys industrial property
The May 19, 2025 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: TWG SERVICING COMPANY INC, The Wright Group, bought an industrial-flex property on Beau Pre Road in the Pilette area. All four sales were industrial, including a newly constructed warehouse in the Garber Industrial Park in Broussard and a RV and boat storage facility on Youngsville Highway.
