The September 9, 2024 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: TRW HOLDINGS LLC bought an industrial building with both office and warehouse space on Viaulet Road in Youngsville. Land led the week with six of the seven sales, including more than four acres of commercial land off Kaliste Saloom Road near the Comeaux Recreation Center, bought by a group of local investors, and more than 67 acres near Picard Park that a local investor bought.
