The headline deal: ACADIANA COLD STORAGE LLC paid $2.7M ($64.04/SF) for a cold storage warehouse property on Alley 3. Retail led the week with four of the ten sales, including Best Stop Cajun Food's $2.4M purchase of its new Carencro location, while a development group bought more than 101 acres of land in Youngsville for $2.7M.
