The January 31, 2022 issue covers ten commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Copper Ridge Apts LLC, New York-based Rhodium Capital Advisors, bought the Copper Ridge Apartments, a 313-unit complex off Lobdell Boulevard. Industrial and office each accounted for three of the ten sales, while Rhodium Capital Advisors also bought the 246-unit Magnolia Trace Apartments on North Harrell's Ferry Road and a local investor bought a 19,600 SF property on Wooddale Boulevard.
