Horton, paid $9.1M ($0.67/Land SF) for additional acreage on Old Scenic Highway in Zachary for its Meadow View development. Nick and Terry Saban sold Kenilworth Manor Apartments, a 32-unit complex near Kenilworth Parkway and Highland Road, for $2.58M, and D. R. Horton also paid $2.33M for acreage on Jones Creek Road for the Lakes at Jones Creek development.
