The headline deal: DALAHN 2 LLC, a local investor, bought the CVS property at 888 Terry Parkway in Terrytown. Industrial led the week with six of the sixteen sales, including a former military warehouse on Sanctuary Drive bought by a Shreveport-based entity, while The Saulet, a 718-unit multifamily property on Annunciation Street, changed ownership.
