The headline deal: ALGIERS PLAZA, LLC, a California-based entity, bought the Algiers Plaza shopping center at 4100 General De Gaulle Drive. Multifamily led the week with four of the eight sales, including a local investor's purchase of three duplexes on Louisiana Avenue through three separate transactions and non-profit Lafayette Foundation Clinic's purchase of the five-unit French Quarter Bed & Breakfast.
