American National Red Cross purchases office
The January 29, 2024 issue covers seven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS bought an office building at 4140 Williams Boulevard in Kenner near the Pontchartrain Convention Center. Office led the week with three of the seven sales, including a newly renovated three-story office next to the Lakeside Shopping Center that sold, while a Hamdan Sons Investments-backed entity bought a pair of quadraplexes totaling eight units in Terrytown.
