Bank of Louisiana building sells in the CBD
The September 9, 2024 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: TT 104 LLC (James Marine, Inc., a barge services company operating in Louisiana and Kentucky) bought an industrial barge servicing facility at Nine Mile Point on River Road in Westwego. Retail led the week with four of the eleven sales, while a pair of local businessmen bought the Bank of Louisiana building on St. Charles Avenue in the CBD and Hamdan Sons Investments bought the 51-unit and 48-unit portions of the Cypress Manor Apartments.
