Retail led the week with three of the nine sales, while a New Jersey-based realty entity bought the 32-unit Riverside Commons in the Bonnie Park area of Jefferson and a local developer bought a property with industrial improvements on 11-plus acres along the Mississippi River near Audubon Park.
