The October 31, 2022 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: CBT INVESTORS LLC, a Covington-based investment group, bought the California Building, a ten-story building with first-floor retail and 167 residential units on Tulane Avenue in the Central Business District. Multifamily, industrial, office and retail each accounted for two of the eleven sales, and a Boston-based short-stay rental firm bought the Green House Inn boutique hotel in the Lower Garden District.
