The October 24, 2022 issue covers two commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: FRANKLIN SB LLC, a local investment group, bought a two-unit, 6,898 SF retail property on 0.5 acres on Franklin Avenue in the Milneburg area. The week's other sale was the 153-unit Hotel Vinache and an adjacent parking lot on Canal Street in the Storyville area, bought by an Atlanta-based investment firm with the price withheld.
