The headline deal: CYPRESS CLEARY LLC bought the 104-unit Chateau Cleary apartment complex at 3900 South I-10 Service Road West in Metairie. Retail led the week with four of the twelve sales, including the Belle Promenade Shoppes in Marrero, which sold, while Robertson Street Ventures LLC acquired Elmwood Oaks, a multi-tenant office complex of four buildings.
