The headline deal: TEJANI HOLDINGS LOUISIANA LLC, Vinton, Louisiana-based investors, paid $1.69M ($210/SF) for a two-building property with the former Jubilee Casino and a truck stop, gas station and restaurant at 15200 Chef Menteur Highway in the Venetian Isles area. Industrial led the week with six of the eleven sales, including a $710K warehouse on North Wilson Street in Metairie, while Dickie Brennan Restaurant Group bought the Pascal's Manale Restaurant property on Napoleon Avenue in Uptown.
